How many times must Palestinian citizens be silenced due to their fear of the very agency that is supposed to protect and ensure their rights in their land? The “constitution” in this case merely represents ink wasted on paper. Where is the feeling of hope and security that is supposed to be guaranteed by the so-called “State”?
